No. If you choose to stay, please keep yourself, others and pets out of the cleaners’ workspace. We bring all products and equipment, and we take before and after photos for our records.

Cleaning of walls, exterior windows, window tracks and sun blinds is not included unless agreed in advance. Anything specific can be added to your quote.

After the cleaning you receive an invoice by email with an iDEAL link. Payment is due within 3 days for private clients and 14 days for business clients.

The hours in your quote are an estimate based on a standard situation. If a property is dirtier than expected, furnished where we assumed unfurnished, has blinds, high ceilings or lots of glass, more time may be needed. For morning jobs we notify you before noon the same day with the reason and cost before we continue.

Deep cleaning is thorough and detailed, including baseboards, light fixtures, behind appliances and full sanitizing of kitchens and bathrooms. Refresher cleaning is light dusting and wiping for a home already in good condition, and is not suitable as a move-out clean.

Yes, subject to availability. Saturday is the regular hourly rate plus 50%, Sunday and bank holidays plus 100%.

Morning jobs: between 08:30 and 10:30. Afternoon jobs run in a two-hour slot and are only available when a morning job is also scheduled. We aim to finish every cleaning in one day.
