What we collect

  • Details about the requested service (type of cleaning, preferred date, notes).
  • Correspondence by email, phone or WhatsApp.
  • Technical website data (IP address, browser, pages visited) via cookies, see our Cookie Policy.

Requests sent through the contact form on this website reach us by email and are handled in the same way.

Why we use it (legal basis)

  • To prepare and send quotations and to plan and carry out our services (performance of a contract).
  • To communicate with you about your request or booking (performance of a contract).
  • To meet legal obligations such as invoicing and tax administration (legal obligation).
  • To improve our website (legitimate interest, only with your consent for analytics cookies).

Quotations and bookings via PlanWas

Quotation requests and bookings run through our online portal, provided by PlanWas. When you use the portal, your data is processed there in order to prepare your quotation and plan the work.

Sharing with third parties

We only share data where necessary: our booking portal (PlanWas), our hosting provider, and our accountant for invoicing. We do not sell your data.

Retention

We keep your data no longer than necessary. Invoicing and administration records are kept for seven years, in line with Dutch tax law. Quotation requests that do not lead to an assignment are removed within twelve months.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, or object to processing. Send your request to info@triplerrr.nl and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including a secure (HTTPS) connection.
